De Buyer Stainless steel riveted sauté-pan with lid AFFINITY Ø28cm

The AFFINITY 28 cm rounded sauté pan is ideal for sautéing small vegetables and pieces of meat with precision and control. Crafted from 5-ply multilayer stainless steel with an aluminum core, it delivers exceptional thermal responsiveness: heat rises rapidly and stops instantly once removed from the heat source, ensuring accurate cooking results.

Its rounded shape and straight pouring rim allow clean, drip-free serving, while uniform heat diffusion across the entire body guarantees even cooking without hot spots. Finished with a high-gloss mirror polish, this sauté pan combines modern elegance with professional performance. Two large riveted cast stainless steel side handles provide a secure and ergonomic grip. Supplied with a rounded lid designed to enhance heat circulation, it ensures optimal cooking efficiency.

Compatible with all heat sources, including induction and oven use, this hygienic and durable sauté pan is dishwasher-safe for everyday convenience. Gradual temperature increase is recommended—especially on induction—due to its exceptional heat conductivity. Occasional polishing with a suitable paste will help maintain its original shine over time.
