Care

Wipe with a damp cloth or a soft kitchen sponge and a little dish soap.

For deeper cleaning, lightly moisten the board, sprinkle with coarse sea salt, and rub with half a lemon. Rinse under running water and allow to dry completely while standing upright.

Apply CONTINENTA wood balm after intensive cleaning and whenever the wood needs care.

If the surface becomes rough, gently sand with 400-grit sandpaper. Clean thoroughly, allow to dry completely, then apply wood balm evenly along the grain with a soft, lint-free cloth.

Leave the balm to dry overnight, then polish the surface or wipe away any excess oil.

Do not clean the wooden board in the dishwasher or store it in the refrigerator. Moisture and temperature changes may cause warping, cracks, or discolouration.
