Care

Wipe with a damp cloth or a soft kitchen sponge with a little dish soap.

For deeper cleaning, lightly moisten the board, sprinkle with coarse sea salt, and rub with half a lemon. Rinse under running water and allow to dry completely while standing upright.

Re-oil the wood as needed. CONTINENTA wood balm is recommended.

If the surface becomes rough, gently sand with 400-grit sandpaper. Clean thoroughly and allow to dry completely before applying wood balm evenly along the grain with a soft, lint-free cloth.

Leave the balm to dry overnight, then polish if needed or wipe away excess oil.

Do not clean the wooden board in the dishwasher or store it in the refrigerator. Moisture and temperature changes may cause warping, cracking, or discoloration.
